The following is our Payments and Delivery Policy, which also governs your transactions with the website. By placing an order on the website you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as other terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions page.
We accept payments only through PayPal. You do not necessarily have to have an account on PayPal to make a payment. When you are checking out PayPal will offer you an option to pay anonymously via a credit or debit card.
The Hearty Craft Shop is based in the United Kingdom and our working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days after the payment is received. In rare circumstances it might take longer, in which case we will let you know by email.
Once we dispatch an order, it is flagged as shipped. You should receive an email notification when this happens. You can also see statuses of all your orders on your account page if you opted to register an account with us during the checkout. We always use postage method selected during the checkout.
In rare circumstances we may need to obtain additional information from you with regard to your order, for example, if we have reasons to believe that the shipping address is not valid. If this is the case, we will send you an email using the email address you had specified during account registration or checkout. Whilst we are waiting for your response, your order will be put on hold. We also reserve the right to take an action at our discretion if we do not hear back from you within 3 working days.
We reserve the right to not process your order if we have reasons to believe that there is high chance of it not going to be delivered to your address. In such case we will write you about the problem and issue full refund reversing the original payment.
Our shipping cost are very competitive, shipping within the UK starts only from £1.00, and worldwide shipping cost is from £1.90. Actual cost depends on the weight of your order and the country of destination. You will get an accurate quote during the checkout, but also there is an delivery cost estimation tool on the shopping cart page.
All orders within the UK are shipped with Royal Mail Second or First Class. Deliveries outside the UK are shipped with Royal Mail Airmail. For certain orders there is also a choice to dispatch your order with the tracking option. It would additionally cost you between £2 and £6 depending on the country of destination. You will get an accurate quote on the checkout page.
If the total weight of your cart is more than 2 kg, you would not be able to check it out. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make custom shipping arrangement for you.
In rare circumstances orders may get lost in transit. If you believe your order got lost, please send us an email to email@example.com. We will advise you on the expected delivery time to your location, and, in cases when this time has passed, issue you full refund. It is our policy not to ship replacement items, but you are welcome to place a new order if you still need the items.
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, if you receive a parcel with torn or cut packaging and you find that some of its contents are missing, we will require you to contact the police or an equivalent law enforcement entity in your country and provide us with the case reference number before we issue the refund.
